​In addition to his consultancy role, Brentley holds the esteemed position of Board Chair at Accelerating Men, Inc.
His commitment to community and leadership extends to serving on the boards of AMIKids Wake Infinity, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Blacks in Technology's Raleigh-Durham Chapter, the Raleigh Metro SHRM Diversity and Inclusion Committee, and Chaplain Board Advisory Chair for Duke University Football.
Further bolstering his credentials is his certification as a Diversity Executive (CDE).​ Brentley's journey encompasses a rich tapestry of experiences, ranging from sales roles at notable organizations such as T-Mobile USA and FedEx Corporation, to impactful work with The Diversity Movement and various non-profit entities.
